Joy Marie

Joy Marie is a real estate professional, Veteran, entrepreneur, world traveler, and advocate for intentional living. She graduated from the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and later earned her Master of Science in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2018. Her journey through military service, leadership, and personal growth has taken her across the world and shaped the purpose-driven life she leads today.

After serving in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard, Joy Marie eventually began her real estate journey as a Realtor, helping individuals and families navigate homeownership while also educating others on pathways to financial freedom. Through sharing her own experience with house hacking, strategic investing, and utilizing the VA loan, she has inspired thousands through social media and mentorship to think differently about wealth-building and lifestyle design.

Having traveled to 41 countries, Joy embraces culture, connection, and experiences as an important part of her life and personal philosophy. Her platform extends beyond business and real estate, focusing on mental health, self-love, personal development, and empowering others to create lives rooted in freedom, purpose, and fulfillment.
