1. Ticket Use, Special Invitations & Access

Tickets purchased are for individual use only and are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the event organizers.

Certain attendees may receive access to a special invitation link offering discounted General Admission pricing. This offer is extended exclusively to selected individuals (including friends and family of the host/organizer) and is not available to the general public.

By using this special link, you agree that:

• The link is personal and confidential

• You will not share, forward, distribute, or publish this link to any third party

• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of this link may result in cancellation of your ticket without refund

The event organizers reserve the right to revoke access, cancel registrations, or deny entry to any individual found to be in violation of this policy.

2. Admission & Right to Refuse Entry

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the event at any time if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or not aligned with the values of the conference.

We also reserve the right to refund 100% of your payment and deny participation prior to June 10, 2026 for any reason.

If participation is denied on or after June 10, 2026, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final.

• Full refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizers prior to June 10, 2026

• No refunds will be issued after June 10, 2026

• Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund

4. Ticket Types & Access

General Admission tickets grant access to conference programming from June 12–14, 2026 only.

Certain events, including activities scheduled on June 11, 2026, are reserved for VIP ticket holders.

General Admission attendees may be given the opportunity to upgrade to VIP access, subject to availability.

5. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including but not limited to:

• Schedule

• Speakers

• Venue arrangements

• Activities

Such changes may occur without prior notice and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Educational & Entertainment Disclaimer

This conference is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

• Financial gain

• Business success

• Personal transformation

All information shared by speakers and participants is based on their personal experiences and opinions. Attendees are responsible for how they choose to apply any information provided.

7. Assumption of Risk

By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Travel

• Physical activities (e.g., fitness sessions, tennis, golf)

• Networking interactions

The organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

8. Media & Recording Release

By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured in photos, videos, and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.

You waive any rights to compensation related to such use.

9. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward speakers, staff, and other participants.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

10. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizers, affiliates, partners, and venue shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the conference.

11. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket or attending the conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
