My mission is to help people improve cash flow and save on taxes with fractional CFO and tax advisory services.

I have been a CPA and tax strategist for around two decades with a focus on tax strategies for investors. My company, PC Financial Services, has helped thousands of investors across the US with tax planning to save them hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes. Along with tax consulting, we add value with cost segregation studies, fractional CFO services, accredited investor validation, and tax preparation.

I have also been a real estate investor for over a decade. I have been an active participant in various ventures across the US consisting of; mortgage notes, multi & single family rentals, syndications, corporate housing, short-term rentals, new development, and flips. We also educate investors on how to be the bank and invest as private lenders to build passive income secured by real estate.

I serve on various Boards of nonprofits that promote the development of the youth and financial literacy. I also serve on the Planning Commission for the city of Norfolk, VA. Finally, I am a best selling author of The Leader’s Playbook.

Most importantly, I am married to my extraordinary wife, Whitney, and the proud father of our 2 sons, Larry III and Wesley.
