Nikki G

Nikki G is a third-generation entrepreneur and first-generation college graduate who earned her degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. A lifelong saver and witness to multiple corporate reorganizations and layoffs, she became an early advocate for building multiple streams of income as a path to stability and freedom.

Known for her deep loyalty and strong work ethic, Nikki built a 29-year career in corporate America with industry leaders including Ingersoll Rand and Deloitte. She spent 19 years at Deloitte, where she was consistently recognized as a top performer and emerging leader. During her tenure, she earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and led global, large-scale business transformations across people, process, and technology for major clients including TJX, TKMaxx, Aramark, KBR, and Estée Lauder.

Nikki credits much of her success to being raised in a family of hardworking, faith-driven believers and prayer warriors. She discovered the power of mentorship early and has leveraged her gift for building relationships to create opportunities and scale impact.

After retiring from Deloitte, Nikki wasted no time stepping fully into entrepreneurship. In just a short period, she has built a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio and growing business empire—all while serving as the primary caregiver and provider for her children. Her greatest joy is watching her children and bonus daughter grow into purpose-driven, faith-filled young entrepreneurs who are already sharing their gifts with the world.

A self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, Nikki is committed to normalizing wealth and expanding what people believe is possible. Inspired by thought leaders like Rachel Rodgers, she believes everyone has the potential to become a millionaire—and encourages others to start where they are, using what they have.

When she’s not building businesses, Nikki enjoys life fully—whether that’s on the golf course, at the beach, in the stands at a youth football game, attending conferences like InvestFest, or catching a game or concert at State Farm Arena. She is also a member of the Next Level Speakers Academy in Atlanta, where she is actively refining her story to inspire and empower audiences around the world.
